Total Body  is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to meet you where you are. Each workout blends strength training, low to high-impact cardio, stability work, and functional movements to help you build confidence, endurance, and strength over time.

 

All exercises are fully coached with options for beginners and progressions for those ready to level up. Expect a supportive, motivating environment where you can move at your own pace, learn proper form, and feel stronger—physically and mentally—after every class.

 

All fitness levels welcome. Modifications always provided
