Each session incorporates free weights, resistance machines, kettlebells, barbells, and functional training tools for a balanced, full-body workout.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels—whether you’re new to strength training or looking to push past a plateau. Certified coach provide guidance on proper form and technique, with modifications and progressions to meet your individual needs.
